When will I learn to say no?!

I have been asked to pick up someone's kids who I do other odd work for. So I am now a pick up nanny/nanny. It seems easy enough but I am not sure exactly what their expectations are? I am thinking the dad wants me to be a nanny too, at least until maybe the mom gets home.? Wow!!!
